SUMMER GAZPACHO

The hot summer weather is a perfect time to enjoy gazpacho, so I found a quick, healthy and delicious recipe by my dear family friend Colin Cowie to share with you. Those of you who don't eat cheese (like myself) can easily eliminate the feta from this recipe. Enjoy!
