One of the major factors causing obesity today is processed foods. I lost 63 pounds with the detox diet. Most of us now get the majority of our food from cardboard boxes and plastic containers. It is about detoxing and replacing processed foods with real food and you will lose weight and be healthier.
You also need to plan out and track your Weight loss goals it will help you to succeed because when you write things down you are now accountable for your results.
I added a workout program - 4 times a week - reduced sugar intake and I also added in a couple supplements and lost 48 pounds.
I also started documenting my weekly diet and exercise routine with a goal sheet. It is life saving. I was able to plan in advance my diet and exercise routine and it helped me to stay on track and also to see what my biggest challenges were. I became a member of an online site and received a weight loss goal sheet. I also received a lot of support with weight loss tips and tools that helped me reach my goals. So I need to lose 31 more pounds but I am on my way.
