I've never been a big candy fan, because I'm a life-long chocoholic! I know that chocolate is actually beneficial to our health (especially organic dark chocolate), and I'm picky about finding the purest and highest-quality of it. Recent studies have shown that those PMS cravings we ladies get during that dreaded time of the month are actually beneficial to weight management as well!
